Descriptor: Adult(s)
Description: Length 3.6 - 5.0mm. Pronotum smoothly and evenly rounded at sides, broadest in middle. Elytra tessellated or mottled, without complete stripes, or stripes restricted to short, broken patches. Patch of white scales at shoulders conspicuous. Head narrow, width across eyes equal to maximum width of one elytron (Morris 1997); Polk Co, Iowa USA. Coll: Wappes and Schieferstein. 25.v.1985.
