Mary Ann Hansen is an instructor and diagnostician in the Department of Plant Pathology, Physiology, and Weed Science at Virginia Tech. She co-manages the VT Plant Disease Clinic, where she has diagnosed plant problems for Virginia Cooperative Extension (VCE) agents since 1984, and develops educational materials for VCE. She also teaches an undergraduate class on the technologies used to domesticate plants and a graduate class on disease diagnostics. In addition, she has participated in international diagnostics projects in Africa and Central America. |
